We at SÅIFA, LP Service AB are committed to always providing a high level of service to our customers. Therefore, we operate in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59) and the purchase terms stated below. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Ordering

When you place an order via www.saifa.com, a purchase agreement is concluded when you choose to confirm your order at checkout. An automated order confirmation will then be sent to the email address you provided. Ordered products remain the property of SÅIFA, LP Service AB until they are fully paid for.

In the event of obvious errors (e.g., incorrect pricing, printing mistakes, etc.), we reserve the right to correct the error afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you naturally have the right to cancel your order. We also reserve the right to decline an order if the product is out of stock, if the maximum quantity per customer has been exceeded, or in case of technical issues.

We only enter agreements with persons of legal age, or minors with guardian consent, as well as with legal entities.

Prices and Payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Shipping fees apply as stated below. Customs fees may apply when importing goods. Please check the rules for your respective country.

We offer secure and convenient online payments.
Apple Pay and all card Payments such as Visa, Mastercard, and others are handled safely through Nets.
Private customers can also pay by Klarna invoice, and businesses have the option to use Riverty.
Naturally, Swish is also available.

The invoice will be sent separately by email to the address you provide at the time of purchase.

Shipping Fees

We offer the following shipping options:

Schenker Service Point: SEK 69 excl. VAT to SEK 109 excl. VAT depending on weight. Your order is usually shipped the same day and should reach your Schenker pick-up point within three days.

Packages outside Sweden: The cost depends on destination and size/weight.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies only to private individuals, not businesses. If you as a consumer are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange. The goods must be returned in undamaged condition in the original (unopened) packaging, well packed, and accompanied by the invoice. Products must be in original condition and may not be modified. Before returning a product, you must contact us to receive a return number.

SÅIFA, LP Service AB is not responsible for returned goods sent without a return number. We recommend that you return shipments in a traceable way to ensure they reach our return address. You as the customer cover the return shipping cost when invoking the right of withdrawal.

Unclaimed Packages

If you fail to pick up your ordered goods, SÅIFA LP Service AB will charge a fee corresponding to the costs incurred, currently SEK 499 excl. VAT. Until this fee is paid, you will unfortunately not be able to place new orders.

Deliveries

Normally, your goods will arrive at your Schenker pick-up point within 1–3 working days. Products that are out of stock and must be ordered from the supplier may have longer delivery times. Deliveries are made within the EU. International deliveries may take longer and cost more. If you have not received your goods within five days, please contact us immediately.

Alternative Delivery Address

If you want your goods delivered to an address other than your billing address, this must be specified during payment and verified with BankID.

Warranty Terms

The warranty covers functional defects that arise during the warranty period. It does not cover defects caused by personal modifications to the product’s function or appearance, such as reconstruction, upgrades, or other reconfiguration of the product.

Most of our products come with a 1-year warranty (excluding consumables such as halogen bulbs, air fresheners, etc.). Warranty claims are accepted only if the product shows no signs of tampering, such as soldering, painting, etc. The warranty also becomes void if the product has been exposed to harmful temperatures above 80 degrees or overvoltage. To make a warranty claim, you must contact SÅIFA LP Service AB as soon as possible, and before sending the item, you must request a return number. The warranty also covers transport costs. Goods must be returned well-packaged together with the invoice.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).

Right to Complain (Reklamationsrätt)

As a consumer, you have a statutory right to complain within three years regarding original manufacturing defects, provided you report the defect within a reasonable time (two months) after discovering it. You can read more about your rights at www.konsumentverket.se
. The right to complain also covers transport damage. When making a complaint, you must be able to show that the defect existed from the start.

Note: The right to complain applies only to private purchases, not business purchases.

Force Majeure

SÅIFA, LP Service AB is not responsible for damages or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as legal regulations, government actions, mobilization, acts of war, seizure, currency restrictions, system failures, supplier issues, strikes, lockouts, boycotts, blockades, or similar events that hinder or complicate our obligations. SÅIFA, LP Service AB is freed from all liability for damages. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any third-party agreements regarding delayed or incorrect deliveries, manufacturing defects, etc., unless otherwise agreed.

Other

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes from our suppliers. We reserve the right to decline delivery due to price changes or stock availability. We reserve the right to change delivery times. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email or phone. Any price changes made after your order will not affect your purchase price. We disclaim responsibility for any typing or printing errors.
